Hi, I’m Jose Garcia, a real estate agent with J King Real Estate serving Columbia, West Columbia, Red Bank, Lexington, Irmo, and Chapin, South Carolina. Born and raised in the Columbia area, I’m proud to help people buy and sell homes in the communities I’ve always called home. I graduated from Columbia College, but my allegiance belongs to USC-Go Gamecocks! I’m also a proud father of a daughter and two sons, and I love raising my family in this community.

Before becoming a real estate agent, I worked in various roles at Chick-fil-A and served as an EMT with Lexington County Emergency Medical Services. Those experiences shaped how I care for my clients today: listening closely, staying calm under pressure, and treating people with honesty and genuine hospitality. My time with EMS also gave me firsthand knowledge of the neighborhoods and communities throughout Lexington County. My connection to J King Real Estate began when Jason King helped my family purchase our first home. We felt cared for throughout the process and knew he had our best interests at heart. That experience stayed with me, and when I decided to become an agent, I knew I wanted to be part of the same team.
